What’s New and What’s Cheap in the UK: Alpha Protocol, The Elder Scrolls Series and Darksiders II

Welcome to this week’s edition of “What’s New and What’s Cheap in the UK”, the weekly post telling you exactly what it says on the tin: what’s cheap in Old Blighty. But fear not, international readers: where applicable, prices will also be listed in Euros and USD.

Releases-wise this week is quiet again before next week’s bigger hitters, but Resident Evil 6 releases this week on PS3 and 360, while War of the Roses hits the PC.

On the deals side this week, Game has Darksiders II: Death Rides Limited Edition on both 360 and PS3 for £19.98, Simply Games has a number of good deals on CD Keys, with Sleeping Dogs for £13.99, Borderlands 2 for £22.99 and Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition for £14.85 and register on Steam where explicable.

Elsewhere Tesco Entertainment has Carrier Command – Gaea Mission on PC for £17.47, Gamersgate has Alpha Protocol for £2.99 and Steam has The Elder Scrolls Collection for £38.48/$59.98/€54.98 depending on region and includes The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Game of the Year Edition, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Dawnguard.
