Music Monday: Disney/Capcom – Darkwing Duck

Darkwing Duck began his mainstage career on his eponymous DuckTales spin-off show. It is fitting, therefore, that his videogame also plays like DuckTales – namely, a side-scrolling platformer with various Mega Man-inspired elements. Thank you, Capcom.
Darkwing Duck follows the caped Anatidae crusader as he fight six Robot Masters of his sworn enemies in order to reach the nefarious Dr. Wily Steelbeak and save the city.
Darkwing Duck‘s music was composed by Yasuaki Fujita, better known by his credited name as Bun Bun (no, really), who also wrote the music for Disney/Capcom’s The Little Mermaid and a little game called Mega Man 3.
