Battledrome: Grand Minecraft Designs
This week, as you will certainly have heard on the NZCast, we’re playing Minecraft in the Battledrome. Me and Gavin are duelling to the death to see who can build the “most bad-ass” Minecraft home.
So far Gavin has a computer which only allows him to see a few blocks at a time, and I have a ditch next to a cliff. Everything is very much still to play for.
And the best part is; you can join in too! All you need to do is load up Minecraft, start a new game (in survival mode) and build an awesome home. Take pictures, write stories or even upload your world file for us all to bask in your homely glory. You can post all that stuff in the comments of this post, or start a thread over in the forum.
We record the podcast on Mondays, so it’ll be best to have your tales of construction posted by the end of the weekend.
Meh, given up working on the house since i have acquired a lot of games to play, bloody steam sales… anyway unfinished and this is all you are getting out of me… so there…

@iotaTundra: did you make all of that for this battledrome, or was a load of it already there? That’s damned impressive! How long has it taken?
@John Kershaw: I made-ed it for the battledrome, took about 2 and a bit evenings most of which was me dicking around seeing how awesome-ly crap my actually the best house i built is … welp luckily chrome saved my message as my mother doesn’t understand stop overloading the washing machine *sigh* … anyway where was i … oh yeah you think that’s impressive you should see boatmurdered (no not the dwarf fortress thing, although i did build it to be a dwarf fortress) and that took me a bit of time, not built by the tools i had made so i thought let’s not enter that and quite a lot of it isn’t finished like the 4000 block tunnel connecting it to another site labeled “boatmurderedII”… i will provide pics later.
