The Weekly Nuke: Demo Units and Booth Babes

Summer and early fall is a weird time period for the gaming community. On the one hand, it’s generally viewed as a dry spell for games; nothing really seems to release, marking the time as an “off-season”. On the other hand, summer is when all of the major gaming industry events happen. The past few months have given us E3, Gamescom, PAX, and the recently-ended Tokyo Game Show. This upcoming weekend, of course, is Eurogamer, which rounds out the expos that most people know about, and serves as the inspiration for this (and likely next) week’s topic:

Demo Units and Booth Babes

In the spirit of the trade shows winding down, this week’s Weekly Nuke is about gaming expos. Have you ever been to one? Do you have any fond or crazy memories of the experience, like Hans’? If you haven’t been to one, which convention would you attend, and what would you like to do? Or perhaps, if you could create your own ideal gaming expo, what would it be like?

Keep an eye out for the forum post soon.
