Bulletin:

PS3 Gets Price Cut

That headline covers most of it really.

They decided to make it the “same” everywhere: 249. The currencies involved aren’t equal though, so let’s see who’s getting screwed.

The U.S. price is $249.

The EU price is €249, which is equivalent to $357.81 U.S.

Japan will pay ¥ 24,900, which is equivalent to $324.690 U.S.

Hell yeah, weak U.S. dollar!

Faye Lanks Says:

Paying an extra half on the price is perfectly fine with me because I have two jobs to pay for MY PS3.

Adushan Govender Says:

With the price cut and some amazing deals on games near me (bayonetta for £10) it’s shaping up to be a good time for Sony fans.
