Battledrome: Soviet Rocket Giraffe Round Two!
This week I suffered a crushing — CRUSHING — defeat at the hands of my podcast co-host during the Battledrome. The only way for me to redeem myself is to force my giraffe’s neck to be longer than his during this, the second round.
Does this sound like something you would enjoy being a part of? If so, join us in playing Soviet Rocket Giraffe. Go here, play, then post your score in the comments of this post before next Monday (18th). Results will be announced on the show which goes up next Tuesday!
Top Nukezilla tip: don’t die.

I honestly lost interest, my eyes unfocused, kept playing until my podcast ended, and when I tried to replay it I died. And when I looked at my score….
Oh for crying out loud, that’s still less than GamesAreArt last week! By a few hundred thousand.
Bugger.
Oh, I suck at games.
I’m not going to lie. I laughed.
Edit: I was going to go for 100 million and I died so fuck it. I think I’ve sucked any enjoyment I’d get from the game anyways.

Adushan is right, playing this while half-focusing on it makes it easier.
Top tip, play a nice, soothing podcast in the background and ignore the passage of time. And by all means, don’t look at your score.
And I’m claiming GamesAreArt cheated and didn’t post an image of his score so he lied. Waah. I’m the best.
What was that?
Check mate.
No Gcndavid, this is checkmate:
How long did that take? I was bored by the end of my 6 million.
An entire Podcastle. I lost cause there was a bit too much swearing and had to pause the mp3 and jump, and couldn’t concentrate. But I am never playing this again. Please don’t beat my score. It hurt.
Fuck you, I’m not playing this again.

I suck at games like this.
Haha! I am not last! However I feel Hans had the most fun.
Fuck you Adushan.
I’ll reveal my secret to winning after today’s NZCast, so Gavin and Jhon won’t outdo me.
Pretty simple though.

I also got bored around the 6 million mark.
I think a revelation is due. Since the game tries to distract you every step of the way, the key is to remove such annoyances. Turn the music off, and put a piece of paper over the score. Then put on a lengthy podcast or two and before long you’ll be winning.
