Time-lapse Video Shows 20 Month Indie Game Development

Discord Games, a two-man team based in US, emailed us earlier today with a link to their newest video for their Xbox Live Indie Game, Take Arms.

The game isn’t set for release until later this summer, but the folks at Discord have created an interesting little video showing a 20 month time-lapse of the games development. It starts with some early tests and develops into the full artworked game. It’s a cool little video that highlights the changes (some seriously drastic ones at that) that occur over the course of a game’s development.

The game itself looks pretty interesting, a fast-paced, multiplayer side-scrolling shooter. You can read more on the developer’s site.
