Telltale’s Puzzle Agent Dated for PSN

Back in February, way back during Nukestravaganza II: The Lovepocalypse, I wrote that when Telltale Games announced they were developing a sequel to their surprise hit Nelson Tethers: Puzzle Agent, they were also planning on releasing the first game on the PlayStation Network “in the spring”.

We now have a firm release date: April 19. At least, in North America; Telltale, while confirming that the European PSN will see Puzzle Agent, also announced that they have yet to set a firm date of release.

For those who are unfamiliar with Puzzle Agent, or who don’t feel like reading Jon’s review: Puzzle Agent is a Professor Layton-esque game, involving a small town, saturated in secrets, whose inhabitants are obsessed with solving puzzles. Considering that Nelson Tethers is the head of the Puzzle Research Division of the FBI, he is just the man for the job — as long as he manages to avoid those mysterious red gnomes…
