Wardrox’s Secret Vlog 28th March: Cookie Rush
You would think an £850 laptop running the very latest software with top-end hardware, on a website used by millions of people would just, you know, work. Alas Chrome, YouTube and/or my webcam decided that audio synchronisation is for chumps. As I don’t have time to re-record this vlog, and it’s late as it is, I’m posting it as a bulletin. I hate computers.
Shame about the sound, but understand you don’t want to redo the whole thing. Nice to see more of Planty. The server switch should help for people (my internet is relatively not that fast compared to some others anyway so I don’t know if I’ll notice).
I’ve been reading books and playing Deathspank and Defense Grid: The Awakening. I’ve also watched a bit of tv and spent some time with family.
My favourite firework would be a beautiful sparkly kind that doesn’t go BANG, and least favourite would be the kind that only goes BANG (ie. fire arrows as we call them here). I want something beautiful to look at, I don’t like the BANG sound.
Also, I like kittens but unfortunately I’m allergic to them so I can’t spend much time with cats.
Spent yesterday with the Mrs, just hanging out. Played my first session of Just Cause 2. Game looks pretty with everything turned up, but aspects of the controls take a little time to get the hang of.
My favorite firework? I guess any decent sized bottle rocket. They are even more fun when launched from a shoulder position in a pipe, but do yourself a favor and wear some eye protection.

Favourite firework is one inside a kitten.
I know it’s predictable, but I have no sensible answers to either of those questions.
My Graze is coming tomorrow morning. No idea what they’ve sent me. I’ve been sampling Sainsbury’s fruit, nut and seed mix and it’s bloody awful. It’s basically bird food. Their taste the difference mix, however, is a different matter. Not by any means perfect, it has those nasty honey roasted hazelnuts, which are much more horrible than you’d think. But you can more or less dip your hand in and pull out something tasty.
This week has been interesting… Not entirely sure what to make of it.
I’m not particularly fond of fireworks because they’re so fucking loud.
My favorite kind of kitten is the soft adorable kind, aka all of them.
On Sunday I was headed back to university after having to head home to get some fake teeth put in. There was a big train derailment so I had to be on a bus for four hours instead.
