Nope. Can’t stand the stuff. But then I’ve never tasted good coffee so it could be entirely circumstantial. Whenever I force myself to try it which is like every two months, I just taste pure, uncomplicated bitter. I don’t know how people drink that.

Spent the entire day (and yesterday and the day before that) setting up accounts and fixing things. Yay internet! And playing Super Crate Box because addiction.

Thought you said “helped people’s suffering” for a moment there. Derp.

I bought my guitar amp because it has purple lights on the front. True story. Purple lights make everything better.

Prime sounds pretty darn great. Can’t say I have any suggestions or requests yet because I always feel like a tit if I mention something and then it turns out it was going to be in there anyway. But hurrah anyway. I’ll be sure to get on board.

Coffee’s great but only when it’s made properly. I refuse to use instant coffee while I’m happy with regular ol’ tea bags, so I’m more of a tea man for regular drinking. I manage at least four mugs of tea a day and I’m probably averaging three mugs of coffee a week.

As for this Sunday, I’ve managed to spend most of the day dossing about playing Torchlight (14 hours in on Very Hard w/ Hardcore, got distracted by a damn Achievement notification and promptly died), then I watched Jurassic Park 3. It’s not so great and ITV cut out literally every death, even the bit where the Spinosaurus kills the Tyrannosaurus. Odd since yesterday they aired the uncut JP2 and a couple of days before that they showed the uncut original, complete with swearing at 4pm. Ah well, can’t have it all. Sat in a nice pub garden too for lunch. Watched this. Wrote this. Going to bed.

Never really cared for coffee. Probably because my first job often required regular contact with the stuff, and the establishment for which I worked was quite cheap, and the coffee pots were known to occasionally burst, so I embraced a resentment of my then employer and the bastards that put me in harms way because they could’t start their day off with a daily shot of “piss from the abyss.”. Funny how you think about things when you’re 15/16.

I don’t like coffee either, never have. At one point we had to do a lot of experiments with coffee in the chemistry lab, that was an overdose on the coffee smell! But yeah never really been interested in coffee.

Nukezilla Prime sounds awesome, and it’s nice to hear a lot of the things are optional, and so many options as well! Good to hear more about it. Also, charity is good!

I’ve been reading a game magazine and reinstalled some games.

I…don’t like coffee. Only because it’s hot. If it’s cold and I have some biscuits then sure, why not.

I think I’d like Nukezilla prime. Problem being if you say it’s monthly and $1 then what’s inspiring me to pay $2 for one month vs. $1 a month for two?

And would these blogs be independent of the site? Can we post tits for hits?

What if I wanna call my blog the I Think John takes Gavin Up the Bumhole blog?

Would they be advertised? Would comments appear on the front page like the forums?

@Adushan Govender: If you think the service is only worth $1, then only pay $1. I’d like to think people on NZ pay what they feel is right, rather than try to get away with paying as little as possible. But, it’s up to you. The amount you pay won’t be public.

You can do whatever you want with your blog, but obviously because your blog doesn’t exist in a vacuum, there’s gonna be rules. The blog is hosted on servers we rent, so there’s rules from that (nothing illegal please). It’ll be on the nukezilla.com domain, so we don’t want totally horrible crap on there. Plus general courtesy stuff (no hate speech, posting of people’s personal info, always warn if you’re NSFW etc.)

But, the fact you have to pay to have a blog should act as a fantastic filter. My hope is people want to get good value from their $1 per month :P

How these blogs interact with the front page I’ve not worked out, and will most likely go down to trial and error. See what works, what breaks etc.
