Wardrox May Now Have a Reason to Shave

Good news for any men (or whoever) who own certain PlayStation 3 games and enjoy the feel of a smooth chin: your shaving products of choice may also provide you with free DLC.

Edge and Schick have teamed up with Sony to produce limited edition packaging on their shaving gels and razors which each include a unique code for DLC in either Gran Turismo 5, Killzone 3 and the upcoming Infamous 2.

The Gran Turismo 5 DLC is a new car; specifically, a customized Chevy Camaro SS dubbed the “Edge Special”. The Killzone 3 DLC gives players the option of either a retro map pack consisting of two maps from Killzone 2 or three weapon/ability unlock points to be used at the player’s discretion, and the Infamous 2 DLC is a new power called “Sniper Blast”, which appears to be a long-range, honed electrical attack.

I believe this is for the U.S. only though, so Wardrox may not have to shave that wonderful beard just yet. :)

I would like some more Infamous 2 content and I do perhaps need a shave. I wonder what import these things are like?

Smooth men are for the benefit of women. Ask John and Gavin who’s kissed more girls lately and I think you’ll find Gavin..maybe..

But this is great news! Imagine more companies sponsoring DLC. Pink armor in Mass Effect sponsored by Maxipads. Or the Biorifle sponsored by KY jelly.

@Adushan Govender: Wrong. Stubble is universally hated. But my beard is nice and soft.

Also, it’ll take more than content withheld from a game for me to shave :P

That’s just mean! I think his beard is like my leg hair. Silky Smooth.

I should be in a leg waxing advert, as the ‘before’ leg.

Anyone remember the advert for stocking which was actually a man wearing stockings?
