Two big-deal portable releases this month: Nintendo’s new handheld system — the 3DS — and the new generation of Pokémon games. I’ve already picked up the latter (and will review it when I’m finished), but I’m not completely sold on the 3DS just yet.

I’m really just holding out hope that there will be a special 25th anniversary Zelda edition later in the year… but I’m pretty sure I’ll buckle before the end of the month and get a launch unit anyway.
