In this week’s video I discuss my art, my Nukezilla beer and my copy of Torchlight for the Xbox 360.

Nice videoblog! That beer sounds interesting.. if I liked beer I’d be interested in it. Also, Nukezilla is awesome.
Today I’ve had a long walk despite the rainy weather and I’ve read quite a bit in a book.
Firstly, “Ramble Stout” is an excellent name for anything. I think that might be the new cellar door.
Secondly, hurrah for Nukezilla beer. I’ve tried chili beer before, worked very nicely (as does chili in dark chocolate). Not heard of coffee beer before but if it works out how I imagine it, that’ll be a winner as well.
Used to know a guy who brewed his own bitter. Spent most of his time in a shed in a wood, had hair like Tim Burton and an old collie with rickets. Your iconic west country oddball but he knew how to make a good drink. Proper heavy stuff, not that watered-down swill you get in bars. I heartily encourage any endeavour to produce a similar product.
As for me, I’m having a very manly Sunday myself. Just bought a new set of screwdrivers and a new soldering iron, about two thirds of the way through making a guitar. Taking a break for the moment to watch the rugby and check the ol’ websites.
Ooo get you with all your fancy tech, I jest.
Nukezilla’s Ramble Stout should be the name of the beer. You make it sound delicious, even though I hate chilli, coffee and beer.
I’ve spent most of today reading the first article in the Sunday Supplement and all it’s citations, followed by watching the God Warrior on youtube. I don’t do exciting things like brewing beer and making guitars.
I’ve spent my weekend lazing around the house, cleaning and playing Bulletstorm while the wife sits quietly disgusted and my children are asleep in their beds. Killing “dicks” has never been so much fun (mainly because of the potentially addictive high score chasing Echoes mode).
I spent my weekend working and getting used to my weird new night shift schedule. Going to bed at 8:00 a.m. is hard to get used to.
What kind of chili peppers were you thinking about?
@Hans Wuerflein: I hadn’t thought that far ahead to be honest :)
Popular and Bullshit.
Now that’s a beer.
If the coffee hasn’t been digested, shit out and refined from weasel dung, it’s not touching my lips.

I just realised none of us had answered the question of the 500 word Nukestravagansa. As a reader, it doesn’t grab me… The other two made it interesting to see what you’d do, but I think maybe we wouldn’t notice a word limit except for having the article feel padded?
Gavin and I had an interesting discussion about padding, although it was about breasts, but the consensus was that it’s not good. So no 500 word articles. Keep it simple. Have each sentence start with a different letter of the alphabet.
