PSA: Clear Your Cookies
Important bit: If you’re having trouble logging in to Nukezilla, clear your cookies.
The excitement you had in your heart when you read the word “cookies” in the title is alas all the excitement this post will give you. Unless of course you’re a big fan of a change in software encryption. Wooo yeah!
We’ve upped the amount of encryption on the log-in info in the cookies the site uses, or something, so you’ll need to log into the site again to comment and such. However, your old cookie is still on your PC being all like “hey, wtf, I’m cool!” and the server is all like “err, I dunno, I don’t think you’re right”, but the cookie is all “fuck you! I’ve been working for ages! I’m not going anywhere” and the two bicker. In the end the server stops talking to the cookie and you can’t log in.
So, clear your cookies.
Somebody who comments on this post (who is logged in) will have at least one cookie, possibly a whole packet of cookies, sent to them. Because we care.
