Loads of iOS EA Games Are Really Cheap

After EA released Sim City Deluxe for the iPad this week, the mega-publisher has decided to offer a whole load of its iOS games for crazy-cheap prices.

Around 70 iPad/iPhone games are listed for 99c/59p, including the newly released Sim City as well as Battlefield. It’s not clear when this will end, so if you’re wanting to snap up some cheap games to mess with over Christmas (and really, all iOS games should all be 99c/59p) then now’s your time.

It’s also worth reading this post from BusinessWeek which looks at the business behind the deal and asks whether Apple should regulate App Store pricing to stop large companies like EA out-discount their smaller competitors.

You can see the games here (opens in iTunes).
