Fable III Packs DLC in The Box

New copies of Lionhead’s Fable III will ship with an Xbox Live voucher to download various items for your custom Albion adventurer. The items included are: Raise Dead Potion, Slow Time Potion, Scot Male Hero Outfit or the Scot Female Hero Outfit, Highlander Tattoo Set and Red Setter Dog Skin.

For the sensible among us, it of course seems silly to include items for download that probably could have gone directly on the disc they’re packaged with, but from a business standpoint? Oh, Microsoft knows what they’re doing. The average Joe is going to love feeling like they’re getting “extra” content right out of the box.

Fable III releases in the US on Tuesday, October 26th and in the UK on Friday, October 29th.
