Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 Confirmed, Teaser on YouTube

It was only a matter of time really. The success of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 last year was not going to go unnoticed, and what with Super Street Fighter 4 only weeks away, there is a lot of attention on 2D fighting games again. Capcom, at their pre-E3 event in Hawaii, has confirmed that a development team is in place and working away on Marvel vs. Capcom 3.

According to Scambled Pixel fan favourites Wolverine and Spiderman will return along with a large roster of old and new fighters on this disc based edition of the franchise. As for a release date nothing specific was confirmed by Capcom but they did allude a late 2010 early 2011 release. The hi def fans will also be pleased to hear that Marvel vs. Capcom 3 will be presented in 1080p.
