Even when the Lost and Damned came out, GTAIV was out of the spotlight. Maybe Rockstar and Microsoft thought GTAIV would still have a large audience for a longer period of time, seeing that it had multiplayer.Plus, if they're both still priced at $20, I'd imagine most gamers would rather just put that $40 towards something newer or better.Either way, I think the PS3 and PC communities aren't missing out on much.
