Negative Gamer Gets a Facelift

Ta daa! For the first time Negative Gamer has rolled out a site-wide design update. The new design is aiming to curb information overload and improve the visibility of the stuff you want to read. It’ll also be much more manageable as the site grows.

The front page is the centrepiece of the upgrade, but every other page on the site has seen an update. Some have simply been changed to use the new style whilst others have been re-coded to run faster and generally be more useful. Individual posts like this one have also seen some TLC with around half of the “detail” (both in the design and content) removed to make for a more relaxing and enjoyable browsing experience.

Two new filters have also been added (the existing two were for Modern Warfare 2 , and NSFF content) for BioShock and Lady GaGa, allowing you to browse with peace of mind.

There are still small details in need of tweaking, but of the most part everything is now working as expected. If you have any thoughts or ideas on improvements then don’t hesitate to post a comment or send me an email.

@Spleeny: oh, the tag line bit? That’ll be coming back in the footer once I’ve made the image for it. Rawr.

Spleeny Says:

@wardrox: Then I have no complaints. :D

Spleeny Says:

@wardrox: I see it’s back. Awesome.
