We Would Like You to Join Us

If you’ve been itching to get your work read by thousands and want join a team of talented and passionate writers, then get in touch. Whilst we can’t offer money for your time we can offer editorial feedback on your work, contacts in the gaming world, occasional free stuff, access to cool events and great way to get your name out there.

We’re looking for not just staff writers interested in keeping our readers up to date with the latest news, but also columnists and editors. Once you join the team the positions are more guidelines than solid rules. If you’re a columnist or editor, for example, you’re welcome to write up news and reviews.

All we ask in return is that you care about the work your produce and that you have free time to contribute to the site multiple times per week.

Staff Writer

If you just want to write, then becoming a Staff Writer is probably your best option. You’ll be covering the days news and events as they unfold with a critical eye, as well as writing up reviews and longer opinion pieces when the mood strikes.

Editor

If you have a keen sense for spelling mistakes and a basic grasp of HTML then we should talk. Editors work with writers to help make sure work going up on the site is easy to read, as factually accurate as possible and uses the correct “it’s”.

Columnist

Have an idea for a weekly 800 to 1,200 word column? If you do and you can meet a weekly deadline then pitch your idea! We try to keep things fresh, different and in fitting with Nukezilla‘s general style.

If you have the talent and the time, then we have the platform for you. To apply please email john@nukezilla.com with at least two writing samples and a paragraph about yourself and why you want to join us. We very much look forward to hearing from you.

Harry Says:

Are you not offering the “groupie” position? I’ve got my Wardrox billboard & hot women easily ready to worship the ground you walk on waiting for you. Ah well… You missed your opportunity. Come on ladies, back on the bus.

Ben Says:

The email addresses listed don’t work…supposing, hypothetically, someone were to want to send you a message.

‘Message’ here, naturally, means ‘application.’

@Ben: Try john@nukezilla.com. This was written before our name change.
