How to Make a Good Videogame Blog: 3. Team

[This is the third video in this short series about how to set up and run a videogame blog. This video deals with the troubles arrising when you expand your team out from one.]

  • What help do you need? Tech, spelling?
  • Start by roping in mates
  • Be grateful. You’re their friend, not boss. They are helping you, not the other way around
  • Most people you ‘œhire’ will leave shortly after joining. Those that stay will probably be awesome
  • Have some good way to keep track of everything. I used a Google document.
  • Be honest and blunt. Add smilies :)
  • Lead by example and don’t expect anybody to do more than you.
