Yo Dawg We Put An Addiction In Your Addiction So You Can Be Addicted While You’re Addicted

Well it looks like none of you WoW addicts need to worry. Just as Popcap’s Bejewelled for Warcraft is starting to lose its edge, they are releasing a huge bane of my existence; Peggle.

Many of you will know from listening to the podcast that I have a problem when it comes to Popcap’s games, Bejewelled being the main culprit as of late. I have also sunk an inordinate amount of time into the Steam version of Peggle and I can’t imagine how anyone riding the addiction train that is WoW can have more spare time for yet another addiction.

It seems that casual games are really making their way into every facet of gaming, even those seen as the most “hardcore”. I wonder if our own resident WoW addict dabbles in the casual or if he is too wrapped up in his “phat lootz” to notice.

How much free time people can possibly have to waste away that they need another way to pass time inside a game that already takes up so much?
