Jack Thompson: Vaz is Deceptive and Unreliable

boris_johnson

Keith Vaz has been rather active in the news lately, whether he likes it or not. A renewed attack on videogames at Prime Minister’s Questions (which anyone with access to BBC Parliament should watch) in which he raised the ghost of murdered Manhunt fan Stefan Pakeerah combined with the hilarious sleaze exposé has kept Vaz’s face on both the tabloid pages and the gaming blogs.

However the other big league enemy of videogames appears to be trying to distance himself from the friend of the crooked lawyers. Jack Thompson said to GamePolitics :

I had my own dealings with MP Keith Vaz regarding the Stefan Pakeerah matter. I found Vaz to be deceptive [and] unreliable… He’s a political opportunist… I wish he would get the Hell off the video game issue. People like him don’t help us.

However Thompson went on to align himself with someone even more unreliable :

Boris Johnson, on the other hand, is credible, in my opinion.

Well who could resist a man with THAT hair?

I’m amused that even a guy like Jack Thompson thinks Vaz is a wacko.

I often question if law school is designed to make people go crazy….
