Atlus Teases New Shin Megami Tensei Title
Atlus is fantastic, and I’m not ashamed to admit that they rank astronomically high in my book of “Companies Who Can Do No Wrong.” It follows, of course, that I am a member of the Atlus Faithful. Though I only got to experience Persona back in the PS1 heyday, and its sequels following that, my recent acquisition of Nocturne, Digital Devil Saga, and various other curiosities have all but sated my passion for more MegaTen. Imagine my surprise then, when an e-mail drifted into my inbox, containing the following image coupled with the subject line “???”:

Atlus, you tease.
I and many other Atlus fans received what could quite possibly be an announcement of Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon making its way stateside, AT LAST. If you are familiar with the Devil Summoner series, this is a spinoff to Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army. Following in the MegaTen tradition of quirky, macabre characters, the sequel to Devil Summoner should deliver, if the previous release is any indication.
Give me my Devil Summoner, Atlus. I am tired of waiting. It’s been since October of last year. DELIVER.
Perhaps I could be wrong, though, about the image. The shadow does so resemble Raiho, that adorable little Jack Frost. Only time will tell…and countless incoming press releases.

I recieved the same thing, and was wtfing.
