Microsoft Accidentally Sets Pre-Order Bonuses Free
Were you one of the cool guys who pre-ordered a game to get some cool exclusive DLC? Well bad news, the new Microsoft marketplace, made to let you to buy DLC from the web, let slip some free downloads that were supposed to be exclusive pre-order DLC.
This included things like the Golden Lancer in GoW2, CoD:WaW’s Tactical Pack and even the ability to download Banjo XBLA a week early. Annoyingly MS have cottoned onto this and set the price of all the exclusive DLC packs to 99,999.
This, along with the 360′s marketplace being down during the NXE’s launch, goes to show that perhaps the NXE launch and all the went with it wasn’t quite tested thoroughly enough.

This was also done for some of the DLC for Dead Space. The Gamestop exclusive ” Scorpion ” suit was free o charge.

I love how the majority of those games have a quite a bit of replay, while the free item I get is for a game….6 hours long…tops
